Shipping
Once your order has been made and packaged, a tracking number will be sent to you after the courier has collected the parcel.
● Shipping costs are determined by your location, however, orders over $ 100 are free of shipping charges.
● Once you receive a tracking number, please use it to track your parcel online.
● Your order is shipped for delivery 3 days after you have placed your online order to allow time for production.
● Shipping usually takes 2- 3 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
The ultimate goal is to have each and every customer satisfied with their products, however, it’s not always a realistic goal, should you for any reason be unsatisfied with your order, please notify us within 7 (Seven) working days of receipt of your goods. Remember to attach any relevant imagery to your email.
We will offer a refund, exchange, or replacement on all products returned, whereby the products are in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition.
Once you request a refund or exchange of a product, please take note that you will be liable for additional courier charges. Any surplus amount available from your refund will be in the form of a cash discount for your next online purchase.
